“ Do not sleep on this place. I live in the area and this place is right next to the gas station I usually get gas at. After years of wondering, I finally popped in today. If you like taj chaat house, you will love Royal sweets. First off, the dosa is delicious and huge. All the chutneys were really really flavorful and very good. For people that are adverse to spicy things I would recommend against this place, however if you like spicy this place is amazing. I just got takeout so I can't speak to the service or ambience there, but I will say I did have a really great experience. I really want to try what else they have to offer because I was extremely impressed my first time in. ”
“ Still the best Mithai in DFW, going strong since I was a kid. Went today to get some Mithai for a friends party, the decorative boxes are cute, service was very friendly. And the Mithai is delicious. I usually get papdi chaat while I'm there- this time I decided to go with the masala dosa and the punjabi kudi. That actually took a lot longer than I expected- but I LOVED the kudi. So good. ”
“ Delicious food, ordered the Chana Bhatura, pani puri and Sev puri. Service was polite and fast. ”
“ Enjoyed the samosa chat with my friend - it was excellent Choke bhature was also great ”
“ A good Indian sweet shop that offers a good variety of sweets and savory snacks. We got, 1/2 lb each of Jalebi, Chenna Murki, Boondi Ladoo, and Malai Peda. Everything tasted great and fresh! The place is clean and has a modern decor. ”
“ Mithai (sweets) galore is what you'll find at Royal sweets. Desserts are important in every culture, therefore mithai is life for most desis lol and rightly so. After a good meal a good rasmalai, ladoo or gulab jamun really hits the spot. This is just touching the surface of the mithai options available at RS&FF. You need to go see the variety for yourself. They also have samosas, chaats, chai and so much more goodness. I used to go there more often when I lived closer but now it's usually for special occasions/mithai needs. I absolutely love that they offer sugar free sweets not many options but still like getting it for my diabetic grandma. They will package it nicely if you let them know it's being sent to another state. Customer service is below average because they don't seem too enthusiastic about being there lol. It doesn't bother me since I'm in and out. Who knows maybe making sweets isn't that sweet after all. I'm just happy that we have mithai galore near by. ”
